We train at
Wentworth Leisure Centre in Hexham, Northumberland (see
location map). Children can train from the age of 10 (younger children will be considered depending upon circumstances) and

From January 2009 we will also be training on Tuesdays, 8 -9pm.
The syllabus follows Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do philosophy and consists of material that is integrated from Jun Fan
Gung Fu, Kali, Escrima, Thai boxing, Kick boxing, boxing, various Filipino and grappling arts. We cover all ranges of
fighting, including weapons.
On this site you will find training times, photographs, notes etc (some of which require passwords
to view - members can request passwords via e-mail).
